Gates on wheels are a special sliding gate solution with a design that makes it possible to shorten the back part of the leaf, called the gate tail. With this solution, the amount of space required for the gate to slide is greatly reduced in comparison to cantilever gates.
The manually-operated and power-operated WI gates were awarded the CE mark, which confirms their compliance with the provisions of the PN-EN 13241-1 standard for industrial and residential gates.
The WI 120 and the WI 200 gate with running wheels is a structure seated on steel wheels. The leaf moves along the running track fixed to the ground.
The WI gates are protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing or by a combination of hot-dip galvanizing and coating with polyester paint. The Duplex product version is covered by our 5-year corrosion protection warranty.
The WI gates with running wheels are part of a system of access control components. Combined with industrial segments (OPO 201, OPO 251, OPZ252, OPZH253), mesh panels (Vega B, Vega B Light, Vega 2D Super, and Vega 2D), posts, and double-leaf gates and wickets (Bastion, Modest, Gardia), they form a complete fencing system.
The WI gate with wheels is a heavy-duty, safe structure. The gates feature a robust frame and bottom beam with the width adapted to the gate dimensions. The following bottom beams are used: for gate WI 120 = 120×80, and for gate WI 200 = 200×80 mm. Single, frame structural post; double post with widths over 10 m. Single, frame lock post.
The gates are available in a manually-operated and a power-operated version. The manually-operated version features a lock and a pull facilitating opening and closing of the gate. In the power-operated version, the automatic operating unit is installed on a robust steel rack located on the structural post of the gate
