The PVC opening frame colour perfectly harmonizes with the surface of the steel leaf. In line with our Home Inclusive™ concept, the product can also be matched with other joinery elements: windows, garage doors, gates, and fences.

NEXIO – STEEL EXTERNAL DOOR WITH A PVC OPENING FRAME

The NEXIO external door includes an opening frame made of 5-chamber PVC profiles with a depth of 70 [mm], with steel reinforcement, as well as a leaf with a thick rebate (71 [mm] thick) made of film-coated steel sheet. The door is infilled with an XPS board. 

The door structure provides very high thermal parameters. The thermal transmittance factor U for the door with reference dimensions with a plastic threshold is 0.88 [W/m2K]. This result confirms that the NEXIO door is an energy efficient product, which can be successfully used when taking advantage of the “Clean Air” programme tax relief and subsidies. 

THE STANDARD CLASS

The NEXIO door is the standard class choice, which combines high quality with attractive prices. Even the basic models of WISNIOWSKI entrance doors are a good match for the dream homes of modern investors.

DURABILITY

The NEXIO door is a robust structure that meets strict watertightness (class 3A and 2A), wind resistance (class B5/C5), and air permeability (class 4) requirements. The customer receives a 2-year warranty for the product.

THERMAL INSULATION

The thermal transmittance factor U for the door with reference dimensions with a plastic threshold is 0.88 [W/m2K]. This result confirms that the NEXIO door is an energy efficient product.

  1. Door leaf with a thickness of 71 mm with a steel lining, infilled with XPS
  2. PVC Opening frame with 5-chamber profiles and a depth of 70 [mm] with a steel reinforcement.
  3. Plastic threshold in black as standard, a plastic threshold profile is available as an optional accessory.
  4. Main lock and auxiliary lock with two lock cylinders. A semi-automatic three-point lock is available as an optional accessory.
  5. HAGA I stainless steel handle in black colour
  6. Standard lock cylinder in black or stainless steel colour.
  7. Three 3D hinges with covers.
  8. Gasket in the leaf around the circumference and an additional one in the opening frame.
  9. Double-chamber safety glass with a black warm edge.
  10. Colours – leaf made of steel sheet in a choice of 15 film coatings matching the WISNIOWSKI colour palette.
  11. Surface door closer in INOX or black colour.
  12. 3 anti-burglary bolts
