The steel profile doors are excellent for closing off staircases in multifamily residential buildings and in public buildings. They can be used as internal and external doors, in a glazed or solid version, outswing or inswing, with a sidelight or toplight.
Thanks to the use of appropriate protective devices, such as anti-burglary hardware and bolts or special glazing units, we are able to adapt the door to the required risk class and the requirements of the construction law. The doors are tested using the most recent European standards to ensure that the user is guaranteed the best protection.
We owe the high resistance parameters of our doors to the application of special door profile joining methods. Combined with materials of the highest grade, the doors provide a rigid and durable weather-resistant structure.
Steel doors are fitted with double hopper gaskets inserted in the profile of the leaf and the frame. The gaskets are installed on the inside and on the outside of the leaf which ensures the required tightness and dampens the noise when the door is being closed.
The leaf framework, the opening frame, and the panel sheets are powder coated. Surfaces are processed by abrasive blasting before powder coating. Powder coating is applied in two layers, a priming base coat, and a decorative topcoat. Powder coating in standard MAT colours
Steel profile doors can be coated in any RAL MAT colour (except for colours with a pearlescent, reflective or metallic finish) or RAL MAT STRUCTURE colours:
Aluminium doors can be powder coated with RAL palette colours (except for colours with a pearlescent, reflective or metallic finish),
Aluminium doors can be powder coated with DECOR colours (Decor colours are not available with the MB86Aero system). As a result, a durable and decorative coating which imitates the natural grain of wood is obtained.
