Professional care of the automatic garage door and its good operation is ensured by the EXTENDED CARE warranty. It lets you extend the standard warranty for the complete product – automatic sectional garage door:

up to 5 years when the factory is configured with the METRO drive unit,
up to 3 years when factory configured with the MOTO drive unit.

EXTENDED CARE – extended warranty for automatic garage doors

The EXTENDED CARE warranty extends the standard warranty up to 5 years for the complete product: the automatic sectional door pre-configured with the METRO (up to 5 years of warranty) drive unit or the MOTO (up to 3 years of warranty) drive unit.

It is a groundbreaking solution that adds yet another level of comfort to WISNIOWSKI products.

Conditions for extending warranty for WIŚNIOWSKI automatic garage doors

Now the CONNECT garage door can have new ornamentation motifs fixed between the leaf panels. The motifs are available in wood-effect colours (golden oak and nut brown), in stainless steel and any RAL colour. The result may surprise you. This seemingly small detail unexpectedly changes the garage door leaf in an impressive element of the façade.

The same motifs can be applied in CONNECT H doors, creating, thus, a great and original duet of a garage door and side door.

Automatic doors with the METRO drive unit:

Joining the extended guarantee program requires paid technical inspections performed by the fitter to be made. The inspections should be carried out before the end of the 12^th and the 36^th month.
Inspections at regular intervals ensure the long and reliable operation of the device.

The Sales Partner is required to record the inspection(s) in the Manufacturer’s IT system.

Automatic doors with the MOTO drive unit:

In the case of automatic doors with the MOTO drive unit, the paid inspection, which is one of the conditions required to extend the warranty, should be performed between the 10th and the 12th month from the date of purchase of the complete product.

If the inspection is performed and recorded in the IT system of the manufacturer in the required period, the standard warranty will be extended to 36 months.
