• hardens under the influence of evaporation of the solvent
• permanently plastic-elastic
• for external seals (e.g. roofing seals) and internal seals (e.g. seals in sanitary and industrial rooms)
• resistant to mold fungi
• resistant to weather conditions
• resistant to the formation of shrinkage scratches and cracks
• resistant to flowing from aluminum sheet and concrete (at +70°C for a period of at least 5 hours)
• adhesive to many substrates (also wet) – applies especially to smooth surfaces; porous surfaces are recommended to be kept dry
• resistant to UV radiation (does not discolour)
• does not cause corrosion
• after hardening, it can be covered with paint and varnish coatings
• does not contain silicone
• does not leave stains on building materials

Usage

• sealing joints of construction elements made of steel, metal, concrete, wood, glass and some plastics
• sealing sheet metal joints
• sealing joints of sheet metal window sills with the window structure

• filling cracks in concrete, stone, metals, etc.
• sealing steel structures, profiled sheet connections (e.g. corrugated, trapezoidal sheet), roof window flashings, gutters, downpipes and flashings
• sealing of aluminum façade panels, construction joinery elements, e.g. balustrades
• car body sealing
• sealing joints between the wall and window and door woodwork
• sealing joints in sanitary rooms
• seals in winter gardens
