- very good adhesion to most construction substrates (including: plain concrete, cellular concrete, metals, wood)
- after evaporation of water forms a strong and highly plastic-elastic bond
- for indoor and outdoor use (note: excluding places exposed to constant moisture without the possibility of drying out)
- resistant to the formation of shrinkage cracks
- resistant to temperature fluctuations in the range from -25°C to +75°C
- odorless, ecological, chemically neutral (does not corrode metals)
- easy to apply and form – does not drip
- after hardening, it can be covered with alkyl or acrylic paints
Usage
- filling internal gaps in walls, ceilings, etc.
- filling cracks and scratches in gypsum, plaster, concrete, bricks, wood, plasterboards
- grouting joints in interior drywall systems
- sealing around window and door frames
- filling gaps around windowsills
- sealing around finishing materials: wall strips, floor slabs, suspended ceilings, coffers, plafonds, cornices, stairs, etc.
