PWS2-MW-ST-THERMO-180 – Wall Sandwich Panel – Mineral Wool – Thermal

Sandwich panel with a coated sheet metal cladding and a second-generation mineral wool core. Core thickness – 180 mm, connecting lock visible.

Wall sandwich panels are used especially in halls, industrial and public buildings (shopping centers, warehouse centers, sports halls, etc.).

The WOOLTECH Thermo wall sandwich panel (PWS2-MW-TH180) is a new proposition from Blacha Pruszyński intended for investments that have additional requirements in terms of thermal insulation and fire resistance parameters.

This board is the latest addition to the WOOLTECH board family, in particular the subcategory of wall boards for specific applications.

Like other wool boards with a 2nd generation mineral wool core (produced on a completely new, most modern production line in Europe), they are fully compatible in terms of installation, both with other WOOLTECH wall boards (ST, PL, Eko) as well as with our wall panels from the PIRTECH family.

Components

Connecting Contact

New profile of the connecting contact (lock), tongue-and-groove type. High precision of fit, easy to install. Excellent insulation parameters and reduction of thermal bridges.

NOTE – compatibility with PIRTECH boards – allows for free combination of WOOLTECH and PIRTECH boards

Safety Mineral Wool

Structural and insulating core made of the highest quality mineral wool. Increased core density, increasing resistance to mechanical damage and partition forcing. Density 140kg/m3 +/- 10%. Mineral wool provides very good insulation parameters, but above all, fire and acoustic insulation. Combined with thicker cladding sheets and a dedicated connecting adhesive, it offers significantly higher parameters of resistance to physical impact.

Steel Cladding (External)

Profiled sheet, 0.7 mm thick, galvanized steel. Permissible profiling: trapezoid (T), micro-trapezoid (MT), wave (F), nano wave (N) and flat (P). Protection in the form of varnish and hybrid coatings. The highest possible thickness of the cladding sheet ensures much higher parameters of resistance to physical impact, increasing anti-burglary safety.

Steel Cladding (Internal)

High-quality galvanized steel, 0.60 mm thick. Flat and Trapezoidal profiling. Connected to the wool core (of increased density) using a dedicated glue – it offers significant reinforcement of the product against physical attacks aimed at burglary.
