The gutter system made of zinc titanium proposed by our company is a complete drainage system, used wherever we care about a classic, elegant appearance and above-average durability.
Often used as drainage for new buildings and for renovation of older and historic buildings. The titanium zinc gutter system is available in two sizes: 125/90 and 150/100 and two types of external surface finishing. Titanium zinc is an alloy of zinc with the addition of titanium, copper and aluminum. It has excellent parameters when it comes to durability. Under the influence of atmospheric factors, a thin, matte layer of oxide, commonly known as patina, is formed on the initially shiny surface of the gutter.
The downpipe clamp plate is an assembly element of the Niagara Tytan-zinc system. The plate is compatible with all configurations of the NIAGARA steel gutter. We recommend its use when the downpipe is attached to a sheet metal or wooden façade to ensure a more stable hold. It is powder coated in the color of the gutter system, which ensures a high level of aesthetics and additionally protects the sheet metal against external factors.
The versatile use of NIAGARA steel gutters makes them available in many configurations, adapted to various types of buildings.
The choice of the type of system depends on the type of construction and the roof surface. Depending on the roof area, two-pipe systems can be used to optimize water drainage efficiency. Our offer also includes a wide selection of materials from which the gutter system is made. In particular, the NIAGARA Tytan-zinc gutter system is available in two variants – Natura and Patina. They are characterized by the same functional values and technical specifications, but the difference is at the aesthetic level, which results from the use of specific technological processes in both cases.
We use clamps to attach the downpipes to the building wall. The screwed clamp is definitely stronger than clamps with a sliding wedge, which can come undone during use. Screwing also allows for repeated assembly and disassembly of the gutter without damaging the pipe surface. The clamp is mounted to the wall using expansion plugs with a threaded head screwed directly into the clamp.
