PWS-PIR-CH-200 – cooling wall sandwich panel – polyurethane foam – visible fastening

PIRTECH COOLING WALL wall panels (visible mounting) with a maximum modular width of 1150 mm allow for simple and quick installation to various types of structures using appropriate pass-through connectors. Uniquely designed tongue-and-groove longitudinal joints (locks) ensure very good tightness, fire resistance and quick installation.

Dedicated to use as external partitions, ceiling coverings (with tropics) and internal walls in refrigeration and freezing facilities.

Components

Rigid PIR polyurethane foam

The production process is carried out continuously on a fully automated line provided by Hennecke, one of the leaders in this industry. Bulk density: 40.0 kg/m3 ± 3 kg/m3

Steel cladding (internal)

High-quality galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.40 mm – 0.50 mm.Basic profiling – Trapezoidal (T) profiling available, possibility of covering with an additional layer of varnish in a selected color, consistent with the available palette.

Steel cladding (external)

Profiled sheet, 0.5 mm thick, galvanized steel. Additionally protected with varnish coatings. Permissible profiling: trapezoid (T), micro-trapezoid (M), wave (F).

Connecting Contact

The lack of foil at the joint and the presence of an additional tongue result in tighter adhesion of the two boards, which translates into better thermal insulation.
