PWS2-MW-PL-120 – Wall Sandwich Panel – Mineral Wool – Hidden Fastening

The wall panel with a mineral wool core ( PWS2-MW ) is another, much more advanced generation of this product. With the introduction of the new generation, we have also expanded the product range available to customers to include a plate with a hidden lock (PWS2-MW-PL). What is very important, the new variant has been designed specifically for synergy with our other products, including a board with a polyurethane foam core ( PWS-PIR-ST, PWS-PIR-PL ).

The use of dedicated hidden lock solutions and parameters allows you to seamlessly combine both products in the investment, giving greater flexibility in design and achieving the desired physical parameters in specific building segments.

Components

Mineral wool

The structural and insulating core is made of the highest quality mineral wool with a density of (115kg/m 3 +/-10%). Mineral wool provides very good insulation parameters, but above all, fire and acoustic insulation. Connecting to the cladding using a two-component polyurethane adhesive.

Hidden Connection Contact (PL)

New, special design of the connecting contact (lock), tongue-and-groove type in a hidden variant (PL). It provides excellent operational and visual parameters (no visible joints). High precision of fit, easy installation – no thermal bridges. NOTE: full compatibility with PIRTECH sandwich panels.

Steel Cladding (External)

Profiled sheet, 0.5 – 0.7 mm thick, galvanized steel. Permissible profiling: trapezoid (T), micro-trapezoid (M), wave (F). Protection in the form of varnish and hybrid coatings.

Steel Cladding (Internal)

High-quality galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.40 mm – 0.50 mm. Basic profiling – Trapezoidal (T) profiling is available, with the possibility of covering with an additional layer of varnish in a selected color, consistent with the available palette.
